Maggie Rosario is a proud alumna of Horizons Hampton Roads and a dedicated advocate for youth and families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at NSU.

Maggie brings her social work values of empathy, service, and empowerment to the Horizons program, helping to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.  She also recently celebrated 20 years being a part of Horizons - having enrolled in our program as a kindergartener!  She has served as teaching assistant and Site Assistant and is our High School Program Coordinator.
