Admissions Information for Parents, Caregivers, and Teachers

First-time students must be recommended for the Horizons program by their classroom teacher, guidance counselor, or another professional familiar with their current academic levels and behavioral needs.

If you are interested in having your student attend Horizons, you can:

• Request a Referral Form by contacting us below, or
• Visit our New Students or Teachers / Guidance Counselors pages via the dropdown or sidebar menu for more information.

Apply Early:

• Applications submitted between January and March have the best chance of securing an open slot.
• Returning families receive priority enrollment from December through February, with new enrollment opening in March.
• Complete the application process promptly to reserve your child’s slot and avoid being placed on the waitlist.

Once your child is cleared to apply, parents will submit income information to verify eligibility for free tuition and begin the application process. A $25 registration fee applies if your child is admitted. Please note that the application must be fully completed to reserve your child’s spot.
