Horizons Hampton Roads seeks to create a team of connected professionals who work well together toward our goals of educational excellence and lasting student impact in a caring community. In addition to our small full-time and part-time year-round staff, we hire a team of certified teachers, teaching assistants, enrichment teachers and student interns to support our signature summer program. Onboarding usually begins in January or February each year.
