Cathy Martinez has been a dedicated member of the Horizons team since 2017. In her dual role as Enrollment Specialist and Summer Program Site Assistant, Cathy is a vital link between families and the program. She supports students and caregivers throughout the enrollment process and contributes to the smooth daily operations of the summer program. Cathy is now transitioning into the role of Development Assistant, expanding her impact by supporting the organization’s fundraising and outreach efforts. With a strong commitment to educational equity and community connection, Cathy brings compassion, organization, and energy to everything she does—helping to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
