Wells Fargo $5,000 Grant Award

We are pleased to announce that Horizons Hampton Roads was approved for a grant from Wells Fargo in the amount of $5,000.00 to support the summer education and literacy for low-income children.  Wells Fargo is proud to support our organization’s commitment to the community as we work together to build stronger communities.
