Staff – Horizons Hampton Roads
Site Directors are certified educators with classroom experience and supervisory/administrative experience.
Teachers are degreed/certified, current or recently retired staff members of accredited school systems.
Teacher Assistants are college students at least 18 years of age who have expressed an interest or curiosity in education as a field of study. In many cases Horizons graduates come back as teacher assistants and take on a dual role of mentors for younger kids in their communities.
